What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

How do I make a reservation?

You can book directly through our online booking page, by calling our front desk, or by sending us an inquiry through the form above.

Do you offer event and wedding packages?

Yes! We offer a range of event packages for weddings, debut celebrations, corporate functions, and more. Select "Wedding" or "Event Inquiry" in the contact form above to get started.

Is the resort pet-friendly?

We welcome small, well-behaved pets in select accommodation types. Please contact us in advance so we can prepare appropriately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash (PHP), major credit and debit cards, GCash, Maya, and bank transfers. A deposit may be required to confirm event bookings.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a one-night penalty charge. Event bookings have separate cancellation terms.
